PA Ninja is a personal assistant service accessible via WhatsApp and Telegram. We provide AI-powered assistance for tasks including:

• Group coordination features

4. AI Processing Disclosure

Your messages are processed by third-party AI services. We use multiple AI providers, including but not limited to:

• Anthropic (Claude)
• Moonshot AI (Kimi)
• Other providers as needed

We may switch between AI providers at any time to improve service quality, reduce costs, or for other operational reasons. Some providers may process data outside your jurisdiction. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

5. WhatsApp Integration Disclaimer

Our WhatsApp integration uses unofficial methods to connect with WhatsApp. This means:

• The service may be interrupted without notice if WhatsApp changes their platform
• We cannot guarantee uninterrupted WhatsApp connectivity
• Your use of PA Ninja via WhatsApp is at your own risk

We are working toward official WhatsApp Business API integration. Telegram integration uses official APIs and is not subject to these limitations.

6. Account and Access

You access PA Ninja through your WhatsApp or Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur through it.

7. Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to use PA Ninja if you are in the European Union, or at least 13 years old elsewhere. By using the Service, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PA Ninja to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to access unauthorized systems
• Reverse engineer or copy our service

9. Subscription and Payments

PA Ninja offers paid subscription tiers. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

10. Data Retention

We retain your data according to the following schedule:

• Messages: 90 days, then automatically deleted
• Voice transcriptions: 30 days, then automatically deleted
• Account data: Until you request deletion or close your account
• Payment records: As required by law (typically 7 years)

You can request immediate deletion of your data at any time. See Section 12 for details.

11. Limitations

PA Ninja is an AI assistant with limitations. We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of information
• Availability at all times
• Suitability for professional advice (legal, medical, financial)

12. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Depending on your location, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of your data by messaging "export my data"
• Deletion: Request deletion by messaging "delete my data"
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to certain processing activities
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data

We will respond to valid requests within 30 days. For EU residents, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

13. Intellectual Property

PA Ninja and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

15. Dispute Resolution
